Evidence-Based Counselling
for Sustainable Well-Being
I came into this work because I know what it’s like to feel disconnected from yourself, pulled in different directions, carrying too much, and living a life that looks fine from the outside but feels misaligned on the inside. Today, I support people who are navigating their own transitions, identity shifts, emotional overwhelm, difficult relationships, or the sense of being “in between” versions of themselves. My work sits at the intersection of integrative counselling, somatic awareness, and grounded, compassionate inquiry. I help clients reconnect with themselves, understand their inner world, and move forward with clarity and purpose. If changes are happening in your life. You’re not sure what they will look like, then I will walk the journey with you. I
Therapy is the work of building a life from the inside out, even when you’ve come from places where stability, safety, or opportunity weren’t guaranteed. The patterns you carry didn’t appear in a vacuum; they were shaped in environments where you had to adapt, protect yourself, and survive. In our work together, you begin to create a different kind of life: one rooted in awareness, regulation, and choice rather than in old necessity. Bit by bit, you learn to meet your history without being defined by it, to grow beyond what limited you, and to build a future that reflects who you are becoming rather than where you started.
The life you create through therapy is not built overnight. It is built through small shifts, repeated practice, moments of insight, moments of discomfort, courage, vulnerability, and persistence. It is built through learning to regulate your nervous system, understanding your patterns, healing your shame, reclaiming your agency, strengthening your identity, expanding your emotional capacity, cultivating healthy relationships, and making choices that support your wellbeing.
’m drawn to the moments when life feels uncertain or unfamiliar, because those are often the places where something true is trying to emerge. My role is to help you listen to that part of yourself with clarity and compassion as you navigate your way forward using your compass of alignment.
This life is not defined by your disadvantage. It is informed by it but not limited by it. You carry your history with you, but you are no longer bound by it. You begin to live from a place of awareness rather than fear, from a place of choice rather than survival, from a place of authenticity rather than adaptation. And in doing so, you create a life that reflects who you are becoming a life that feels grounded, meaningful, and truly your own.
The Growth Model
My approach is integrative and relational. I weave counselling, somatic awareness, neuroscience, and compassionate inquiry into a therapeutic process that is grounded, gentle, and deeply human. I don’t believe in quick fixes or rigid formulas. Instead, I focus on helping you understand your internal landscape and patterns, while relating to your nervous system, your values, and the stories that have shaped you, so you can move forward in a way that feels sustainable and authentic. I use the example of assembling a jigsaw puzzle. If you can choose the four core values that matter most to you, these can be the four cornerstones of your authentic life and way of being. You begin your journey with you; it is not limited to four, as the model can be updated. From these four corners, you begin to construct your vision of a life truly aligned with who you are. What you add to your vision is a matter of personal choice; together, we construct your vision of a life worth living.
I work with people who want to live more honestly. People who are tired of performing, pleasing, or pushing through. People who sense there is a truer version of themselves waiting beneath the noise. Whether you’re rebuilding after burnout, healing from relational harm, or stepping into a new chapter of your life, I offer a calm, confidential space where you can explore your experiences at a pace that feels right for you.
This work matters to me because I’ve lived the questions; I now help others navigate them. And I believe that when we reconnect with ourselves, our bodies, our boundaries, our truth, we begin to build lives that feel like our own again. Something that no one can steal from us.
