Evidence-Based Counselling
for Sustainable Well-Being
I came into this work because I know what it’s like to feel disconnected from yourself, pulled in different directions, carrying too much, and living a life that looks fine from the outside but feels misaligned on the inside. Today, I support people who are navigating their own transitions, identity shifts, emotional overwhelm, difficult relationships, or the sense of being “in between” versions of themselves. My work sits at the intersection of integrative counselling, somatic awareness, and grounded, compassionate inquiry. I help clients reconnect with themselves, understand their inner world, and move forward with clarity and purpose. Maybe after years of active service, you are preparing for retirement? You’re not sure what that will look like. I’m drawn to the moments when life feels uncertain or unfamiliar, because those are often the places where something true is trying to emerge. My role is to help you listen to that part of yourself with clarity and compassion as you navigate your way forward using your North Star, your inner compass of alignment.
My approach is integrative and relational. I weave counselling, somatic awareness, neuroscience, and compassionate inquiry into a therapeutic process that is grounded, gentle, and deeply human. I don’t believe in quick fixes or rigid formulas. Instead, I focus on helping you understand your internal landscape and patterns, while relating to your nervous system, your values, and the stories that have shaped you, so you can move forward in a way that feels sustainable and authentic. I use the example of assembling a jigsaw puzzle. If you can choose the four core values that matter most to you, these can be the four cornerstones of your authentic life and way of being. From these four corners, you begin to construct your vision of a life truly aligned with who you are. What you add to your vision is a matter of personal choice, together we construct your vision of a life worth living.
I work with people who want to live more honestly. People who are tired of performing, pleasing, or pushing through. People who sense there is a truer version of themselves waiting beneath the noise. Whether you’re rebuilding after burnout, healing from relational harm, or stepping into a new chapter of your life, I offer a calm, confidential space where you can explore your experiences at a pace that feels right for you.
This work matters to me because I’ve lived the questions; I now help others navigate them. And I believe that when we reconnect with ourselves, our bodies, our boundaries, our truth, we begin to build lives that feel like our own again. Something that no one can steal from us.
